Windows 11: clicking on Brave web page causes scrollbar to disappear or move

Description of the issue:
On many Brave web pages in Windows 11, clicking on buttons or links, or anywhere causes the scrollbar to disappear or move, making using Brave useless if navigating

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Start Brave
  2. Navidate to Redbox.com for example
  3. Click on some navigation links

Expected result:
If the bug appears, the scrollbar will disappear, or if clicking near the bottom of a long page, the window may scroll all the way to the top.,

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Hello there @zingeo thanks for your report and please accept my apologies for this issue.

Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration

Let me know if that works.
