why only certain amount is sent to wallet and not full amount of BAT in the wallet?

i had more than 1 BAT ,but i got only 0.250 BAT . why is this happening ? why didnt I receive 1 BAT?

PLEASE be patient. There is obviously an issue with people receiving only .25 bat this month. Flooding the support forums with posts on the same issue will only prolong the response. As soon as the Brave team knows what is happening they will post a response. Brave is not ripping anyone off, and will resolve the issue as soon as they can. Seems to be an issue on Brave’s side as you arent the only one with this low pay out issue. They did the same to me.

the amount is sent to BAT now, i got 1.25 , but the gemini balance and the balance on the browser , doesnt match, in geminin, it is still 3.5 BAT , where as on the browser, it shows 4.75 BAT , whats the issue?
