The reason why nobody getting rewards is most likely because of flagging. If you try to disconnect your uphold/gemini and then reconnect it will give you this message:
Error: Brave Rewards profile is flagged
Unfortunately, your Brave Rewards profile has been flagged, and you’re not able to verify with a custodian at this time. This flag can sometimes be due to irregular Brave Ads activity, though it can also be a false positive.
Note that while your Brave Rewards profile is flagged, you won’t be able to verify.
No action is required on your part. Your Brave Rewards profile will be automatically reevaluated on a regular basis to determine when (or if) the flag can be removed. Please try again every so often to see if the flag has been removed.
Again what sort of automatic reevaluation is this? Is going to be in a month?
When I had this sort of thing before it got resolve in 2-3 days and I proceeded to continue getting ads. There is something different this time. It is most likely they changed their AI for flagging and now everyone is getting screwed over.
How can we check if we are flagged. I have not verified yet however for the last 2 days I have not been getting any ads. I can receive brave rewards through the Brave News section however I am not getting any notifications for rewards, which leads me to assume I am also flagged.
I sent the two individuals who supposedly assist with these kinds of issues a message asking for assistance. One of them ignored me and the other basically told me to wait it out…
I have the same issue. Saw I was un-verified, tried logging in. Got the message that my rewards profile was flagged. Nothing explaining what that means, how to fix it, etc.
It fixed itself for me yesteday you just have to remember that even if you are verified the reason you might not be getting ads is because you might be flagged.
My account also is flagged and has been for about a month. In the US. I was linked to Gemini and then I noticed it was unlinked. When I tried to link my account again by logging in to Gemini, I got the message saying I’m flagged. I’ve done nothing outside of the ordinary, except maybe occasionally using a VPN.
I don’t think my profile has been flagged. Because I have successfully received 3 out of 4 awards. I have not received only one award. My highest award was 6 Bat. And Brave://rewards-internals Ads Enabled: True
My profile has been flagged too. I am using Brave Browser from long long time and happy user with many ads and good payout. Suddenly, my profile has been flagged. I will use it for few more days, and if not resolved, will migrate to Firefox.
I just found out my account is “flagged” for “irregular activity”. They also said “Due to this, it will remain permanently flagged”. Is this all because I have a VPN on? This makes no sense.
