Tried to disconnect from the gemini, clear caches, reconnect and then the error about profile being flagged appeared.

Nobody here can help with that really. As it informed you:

And while you’re mentioning Gemini, that has nothing to do with it right now. They are saying something happened with your browser that caused you to be flagged. Whether you modified folders, used VPN to appear in countries other than you belong, you cloned your profile and ran it on multiple devices, or one of many other things people do that is in violation of Terms and can be done to bypass restrictions OR to scam Brave. And while that may sound accusatory, it isn’t. The system does watch and sometimes it can make mistakes or people may unintentionally do things they shouldn’t. Regardless though, having your account flagged means Rewards are suspended and you won’t be able to earn more BAT or anything related to Brave Rewards at this time.

All you can do is wait for the system to unflag your account. You can always try to submit a ticket in case Brave staff can look into it for you, but be advised there’s no guarantee they can or will be able to assist you.
