Whitelist 3rd party cookies from specific sites

Description of the issue: I use mendeley extension for importing references and since few months (last update ?), it is impossible due to the 3rd party cookies blocking. I tried to whitelist the mendeley address, to allow all cookies but nothing working.

I allow [*.]mendeley.com, elsevier and rsc but for the example https://pubs.rsc.org/ko/content/articlehtml/2005/nj/b415623d

Reproduces how often: everytimes

If it’s required for sign-in, maybe allow all cookies globally in brave://settings. Then once signed in, then switch it back? (this is guess, I haven’t tried the extension)
