Where is the Brave Menu

I am sure there is a simple setting somewhere. I tried searching settings for “menu” but did not find a way to activate the menu for Brave browser in Windows 10

I normally work from my macPro in my home office. Currently, I am working on a client-supplied Windows 10 laptop. On my mac, the menu I accustomed to see is across the top of the screen, outside the browser window.

What I am looking for is the menu that starts with File in the top left corner of the screen, then next to it is Edit, and other items ending with Help on the right, all across the top of the screen. That whole menu is not present. Is there a way to turn it on?

Unfortunately, I am unable to load an image from this location. I hope my question is clear enough

Those don’t exist. You’re thinking of very old designs that browsers have moved on from. Those now just are on the hamburger menu. If not sure what that is, it’s the three lines or dots. So like image

Many, if not all, of the options are there but in a different layout.
