I have asked in the past …
why isnt there a capability to erase data older than a defined time frame ?
for example
Removing any and all data for any site that hasnt been accessed in the past 4 weeks
think of it as a freshness date on a data item
if a data item hasnt been used in the past D number of days then delete it to free up space and reduce clutter
History is full of locations that havent been accessed in months, why retain it ?
