Weird connection, each time when I start the Brave

Description of the issue:
Each time I open Brave, there will be a few weird connections, and their urls don’t look like normal domain names.
These connections use the HTTP HEAD method.

Is this normal?
What should I do to prevent these weird connections?

How can this issue be reproduced?
Make a cold start, then just wait for the weird connection.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.29.76 Chromium: 93.0.4577.58 (Official Build) (x86_64)

I did a fresh installation of Brave in my virtual macOS.
This time, I used Charles to monitor the connection and the problem persists.

These connections don’t send anything substantial(AFAIK), but I’m just wondering why Brave is behaving this way.
