Open Brave.
Enter a website to visit.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
The website loads continuously for over a minute.
CPU goes as high as it can.
After that, everything works as expected.
Expected result:
Immediate loading of the entered website.
No CPU load.
Reproduces how often:
Every single time(or perhaps 4/5 of the times)

Arch.
Latest.
The problem persists in earlier versions.
Additional Information:
Background tasks are disabled when the browser is closed.
