Before doing anything, your folder with all your stuff is located here C:\Users\(User)\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data. Make sure to back this up.

If you still want to import your profile and you see no other choice, you MIGHT be able to. (I think for safety and privacy reasons, that may not work.)
I’ll let someone else more knowledgeable instruct you on exporting and importing your old data on a new install if it’s possible.
