VPN subscription not transferring from mobile subscription to PC web application

Hello,

I am on a Brave VPN subscription on my Brave mobile VPN application. I get billed for my subscription via Google Play. I followed the instructions posted on the help page such as: Settings > Brave Firewall + VPN > Link purchase to your Brave account. After submitting my email and clicking the link I get this error message.

I’m guessing I would need to have 2 separate subscriptions for the VPN, one for the PC and one for mobile only?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
