Brave VPN Subscription not loading on either mobile or PC

Android Mobile Phone - Samsung Galaxy Note 8
Windows PC - HP OMEN 15t-en000 Laptop PC

BRAVE VERSION:
Brave 1.68.128, Chromium 127.0.6533.73

I have an active Brave VPN subscription purchased through Google Play, have already linked my purchase to my account and had it working fine on multiple devices up until recently. Now when I try to turn on the VPN,

• I’m asked to buy or login to my account.
• I login to my Brave account (which has already been linked to my purchase on Google Play)
• My account shows no subscriptions to any plans

This happens on both mobile and PC. I’ve checked all possible accounts to make sure I didn’t confuse the email address and none of them have the current subscription listed.

@RichMahogani your best course of action for now will likely be to create a Premium Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003078831 as it will help get your issue to the right people at Brave who can help look into things a bit more for you.
