VPN not able to activate despite having paid the service. It worked before. Now it says Session expired

I cannot toggle the VPN on. It is currently off but worked before.

I Can’t Access Brave VPN or Cancel Subscription – Account Portal Returns HTTP 403

I’m unable to activate or deactivate Brave VPN. I also can’t cancel the service because https://account.brave.com/account shows:

Access to account.brave.com was denied  
You don't have authorization to view this page.  
HTTP ERROR 403  

I tried:

  • Restarting my PC
  • Accessing from Chrome and Brave
  • Using a clean Brave profile
  • Turning off all VPNs and proxies

I also can’t use the support form inside Brave because the “Send” button doesn’t appear.

Please help me cancel the VPN or fix my account session. Let me know if you need my account email (I’ll send it privately).

Yes, I am in one the countries in the list. But the service worked very well before and now suddenly it doesn’t anymore. Please enable Tanzania. The whole reason for a VPN is to work around national blocks.

Also - thank you greatly for answering BUT - when we are paying for a service - you should have a direct email or form and we shouldn’t need to go searching all around and wasting tons of time in forums!

this link page ( https://account.brave.com/support/.) does not work hence why I was forced to come to the community. This is not even a VPN related page so I would like to know why I cannot access this page. As a result of this page denial I also cannot edit or cancel my subscription.
