Forbidden at account.brave.com

My VPN stopped working today without any meaningful error. Today is the invoice date, but I did not get one. Ok. I started thinking something went wrong and spent all days trying to find vpn logs etc with no luck.

Ok. I completely reinstalled the browser. Now I am not logged in so I can’t even try the VPN having that “Start 7 days trial” window.

But when I click there I get to https://account.brave.com/account/?intent=checkout&product=vpn page with only one word: Forbidden.

Does it mean I need VPN to turn on VPN? Please help.

To clarify, you’re saying that when you click Already purchased Brave VPN? button in the VPN panel shown in your image above, it takes you to account.brave.com but shows the “forbidden” error? Can you share a screenshot of the page when you land on it?

Yeah, I was right: I can go to my VPN account only when I use VPN. So it is blocked from countries from which ppl really need it. Funny. I think we can close the case.

So you’re saying that you’re currently located in a region that is not supported by the VPN at this time? As far as I know, the account page itself does not have any regional restrictions – some Premium services (such as VPN) do though.
