Vpn wont turn back on , it is asking me to pay again even though my subscription is still active I paid for a month to try it out and there are still 2 weeks left . It just goes to the screen to sign up again as if I never paid.

My apology for this interruption. When you see the screen where it is asking you to subscribe again, have you been able to try tapping on “Restore” in the top right of that page? This should restore your subscription status if there was a hiccup in the communication.
