Videos freeze during play, sound still works

Youtube video freezes but audio still plays. When and if I move my mouse, the video will start playing again at whatever place the sound is. This happens multiple times per video. Even very short ones. This just started happening. Everything was fine until recent updates. Keeping the mouse moving during a video is a pain in the rear. Haven’t checked bit-chute videos or other.

CentOS 7.6.1810

I would check to see if disabling hardware Acceleration helps resolve the issue:

Settings --> Advanced --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
