Videos Do Not Go Full Screen

Description of the issue: Video when opened in YouTube or other platforms when put full screen does not make the system navigation bar on bottom disappear or make the notification bar disappear.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Go to YouTube video
2. Press full screen button

Expected result:
Video goes full screen and only video is shown without any system interface showing.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave: 1.23.74
Chromium: 90.0.4430.85

Mobile Device details:
Samsung Galaxy S21
Android: 11

Does clearing app cache, then retrying help?

I’ve tried clearing my cache as well as reinstalling the app itself. I notice this problem only appears to occur when device is in portrait mode and needs to switch to landscape. The problem does not usually occur when pressing full screen while in landscape although there was one instance in which it did.

I’ve encountered the same issue once, on youtube.

Mine has the extra complication that Brave will not revert to portrait orientation afterwards.

Same issue here as OP describes. Tried the vulkan suggestion but it seemed to not work on my case. Any update from anyone?
