Windows forced an update on my laptop and now my vertical tabs are not displayed properly- the icon and “X” (to close the tab) are not visible. This makes navigating through the tabs and closing them quite laborious.
It also seems like I cannot re-size the window so maybe that’s connected?
How can this issue be reproduced?
