Version installation error?

Hi everyone!

I’ve been using Brave Browser for few months now, I didn’t have much issues besides browser breaking down on couple of occasions.

But, my real issue is with the update process. I can see now, on the different software download sites, that the latest version is 0.71.15 but whatever I do, install it, reinstall the whole browser, the version I have installed is always 0.67.125.

Can somebody explain to me how is this possible?

0.71.15 is a nightly version not a main release version. Nightly is meant for testing upcoming features
Main browser version for release channel - pre-released for those that can’t wait till official release date on the 20th
