December 2021 rewards haven’t been received and I have not seen any ads for 4 days now. Ads don’t seem to have been working properly for me for a few weeks.
The logs in brave://rewards-internals shows a lot of this:

I’m having the exact same problem but with uphold verified account. Didn’t get my december ads payout and I’m not receiving any ads for the last 3 days even though I’m spending hours in the browser. As you say the weeks before that it also didn’t work properly, received almost no ads.
Would be nice if we’d at least get some response

Same here, I send my BATs to a verified Uphold account few days ago and since then I’m not earning any BATs even if I still get sponsored images for example. Please help, thank you !
I have the exact same problem. I have a Verified Gemini Wallet/ I did not receive Dec rewards payout / and I am no longer getting ads or additional BAT. Asking for help here.

There won’t be any help! They might ask for your wallet address or other info here just to show they are here to help but when you send your info to the support team, good luck with that, you won’t get any help at all.
For those also wondering what is “Irregular Activities”, I can say clicking every ad you get and earning more than 3 to 4 BATs are irregular activities.
I completely turned off my Brave Rewards as I found it more headache and scam than fun.
