I have not received any rewards for the past month now. The previous month’s payout also seems to be lost. Additionally, the rewards page says that the next payout is January 7th. Presumably this should say December?
The logs are also filled with [Nov 23, 2021, 2:11:58.4 PM:ERROR:refill_unblinded_tokens.cc(225)] Failed to get signed tokens since the 20th of October.

Your wallet is likely flagged. It happened to people that doesn´t even use a VPN. I had to reinstall the browser and lost a lot because of it. If you believe you can wait, do so, but I don´t know if they will compensate this.
Thats the vibe that I’m getting too. Don’t want to delete and reinstall/reset the wallet since if this doesn’t get resolved, pretty good chance it will just happen again.
Sadly I am having almost the same exact problem. Seems like a lot of suggestions that involve a lot of work and risk. Does anyone know what causes the flag. How to avoid it? Where it states that this will happen? Where is the Brave team?
That would work, but I don’t even have any BAT in the browser since I haven’t been receiving any ads. Since people have come to the conclusion that my wallet is likely flagged, I imagine that tipping BAT might trip something else.
Should I wait for a team member to reach out first on this thread? Its been nearly a week now since I created this topic. Not sure if I should be the one to reach out at this point.
I would wait for the middle of each month because the Brave team is always busy with complaints about payouts at the beginning of the month. My issue is still not resolved after…seven months. Go figure!
