Using Hardware Acceleration causes white pixels

**Description of the issue:**For whatever reason when I use hardware acceleration my screen gets pixelated,

How can this issue be reproduced? go onto any page.

  1. Turn on hardware acceleration,
  2. Go onto any page.
  3. Repeat step two.

Expected result: To get a clear screen with no pixels.

Brave Version( check About Brave): v1.59.122

Additional Information: If I disable hardware acc. it works, but I need hardware acc for my roll20.
