USDC (ERC20) stuck on the polygon blockchain address in brave wallet

I saw that the ploygon address in brave wallet received MATIC fine so I sent some USDC (ERC20) to the same address in the brave wallet.

But it seems brave wallet is not showing these received USDC (ERC20) tokens at this address, even though the polygon blockchain network shows it had received these USDC tokens (along with the MATIC I sent there earlier).

What is my solution to get back my USDC(ERC20) on the polygon network from the brave wallet?

Thanks.

Maybe you need to add the token.

In the wallet click the asset list settings icon between search and the filter icon. Switch to the available assets tab. Search USDC and you should see USDC on polygon mainnet. Hit + to add it.

@throwaway44322341 can you verify you have everything as listed assets, such as I discuss at PSA: Current FAQ - #40 by Saoiray or is said a bit differently on the official help page at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/20643855700109-Adding-a-Custom-Token

Oh, as a side note in case one of the scam accounts comes around, keep warning at PSA: Current FAQ - #11 by Saoiray in mind

I searched USDC and only found this and added it, but it may not be the USDC(erc20) since it’s still not showing any balance.

Have you any info on how to add USDC (erc20) token on polygon network?
FYI, The USDC was sent from a well known exchange, and the destination blockchain choice was ‘polygon network’ instead of the default ethereum network.
https://polygonscan.com/ also shows the USDC(erc20) token received on the address, which holds many other assets too

I think the only question is:
How to add USDC(erc20) on polygon blockchain to the brave wallet. Where do I find all the info to fill out this form?

You can get the token address via the transaction on polygonscan or just search USDC from the main page.
