Uphold - There is no way to Verify my identity!

I created an Uphold account but had to stop the verification as I didn’t have an ID with me at the time of account creation.
When I go to the Uphold website to verify my account based on the instructions, there is no Transact pane also when I click on my Account name I only get Requests and Activities in the dropdown and there are no Settings to do the account verification via the Settings.

Looks like I am going around a circle over and over whilst it should be a very streamlined process. Googling for a solution leads back to the same pages!

Any help would be appriciated.

If you need to submit new passport/government ID from your current country, you will need to create a support ticket with Uphold at at https://support.uphold.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
