Untransfered BATs in old android wallet

Description of the issue:

I just change my mobile and I have no way to transfer my BAT in the old mobile to the new mobile. In other hand I can’t trqnsfer my mobile BATs to my upholder verified acount that I use at desktop browser.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I just can’t transfer the value on my wallet to uphold account

Expected result:
Transfer my BATs from old android wallet to my uphold account or my new Android wallet in the new mobile
