What date did you verify your wallet?
Was verifed then unverified and now not able to verify again
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

What exactly happens when you try to verify your wallet?

pressing verify wallet, get this authorise application, pressing authorise logging in to my account the authorise screen start to work then redirected back to brave rewards and wallet still states verify wallet

Can you try the following?

1. Log in to your Uphold account by going to Uphold.com
2. Then open your Shields panel (lion icon in the address bar)
3. Change the cookies setting to All cookies allowed
4. Then try the Rewards verification process again and see if it goes through

have sent requestst on removing computers but not seen any progress on that

It did work – that is why you are now seeing that message, rather than being stuck in the verification loop. We are working through a very large volume and will address your ticket as soon as we can.

Hello, I think I might be having the same issue. I have 3 computers and one phone where I have rewards activated, but four about a year now, none of my accounts have synchronized with uphold. When I try to verify the wallet I get the wallet linking failed message and stuck on that loop every time I tried to link. Please help us.
