Unable to move BAT balance in brave wallet to uphold

I have a verified uphold account.

I’ve successfully transferred BAT from 2 of my brave browsers into my uphold account.
My third device using brave, I have not been able to move the balance into uphold. I log into my account, I click verify wallet, and I’m just taken to my uphold account - balance never leaves brave.

Hi @fd3s - what OS and Brave version is the 3rd device? Is it in the Crypto wallet or the Brave wallet?
