Description of the issue:
Unable to open a New window nor New private window from the taskbar
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Right click on the Brave icon in the task bar
- The Tasks Menu pops up with choice of opening a new window or a new private window
- Error message will pop up that reads: "The item you selected is unavailable. It might have been moved, renamed, or removed. Do you want to remove it from the list?
- You have one button, Cancel
Expected result:
A new browser window or a new private window should open

Version 1.28.105 Chromium: 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
I am able to click on the Brave icon from the drop down menu and it works, but not the other two.
This problem started back in January of this year after I updated my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10, all updates have been updated but the problem persists.
Even your brave ads don’t show up like they used to.
