Unable to log into Office 365

I am trying today to log into Office 365. The browser tries and tries and what is below shows up on the address bar. Can anyone help please?

@pquentinj,
Can you open your Shields panel when on the login page for Microsoft and change the cookies setting to Allow all cookies and then try to authenticate again?
