Office 365 outlook - unable to load

Hi,

recently switched to this browser, I have found that Office 365 (Outlook) does not load at all. It will attempt to load time and time again, but with no success. The other Office Apps work and load just fine.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can you try turning Shields down and see if this will render Outlook correctly?

Yeah. That was the first thing I did when I encountered the issue. Turning off shields does not do anything at all :frowning:

That’s very strange. Can you tell me what OS you’re using? Windows 7 or win10?

Are you able to login to your account to using the portal from outlook.live.com?
