Unable to load myWebpage

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

**We have an internal website (joomla) that is on maintenance mode for over a couple of years already… We can access myWebsite on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge but not until I use Brave on my desktop (working well on mobile) **

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. create sample joomla site and set it on offline/maintenance mode

Expected result:
This site can’t be reached

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.10.97 Chromium: 83.0.4103.116

Additional Information:

sometimes myWebsite can be accessed but there’s a notification bar 404, and once it is idle state and need to refresh the page then I will be getting the ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT again.

there’s an instance that I get the 503 error

myWebsite can be access with no problem in the following browser
SAFARI
EDGE
FIREFOX
CHROME
BRAVE on Mobile

Tried disabling the SHIELD and accessing it also thru the Private page but to no avail…
