Unable to link to Gemini (UPDATED)

I tried to claim this last month’s rewards and, when I was about to log in to Gemini, I got the following message: “Error: you need a verified account to log in. Please try again after you have completed ID verification on Gemini.” My Gemini account is ID verified and I’ve already used it before for this same purpose.

Windows 10, Brave Version 1.37.111

What date did you verify your wallet? I don’t know where to see that, maybe three months ago.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? YES

Are you using a VPN? NO

Are you in a supported region? YES

UPDATE: I tried Chocoholic’s suggestion (Try clearing history/cache, exiting the browser, and opening back up) and it worked. Now it says my “March rewards are on the way” even though I was supposed to get them earlier, but hey, at least I was able to link to my Gemini account again, no error message.

I am having the exact same issue. I am not sure why I am receiving the error message.

im having thesame issue, its frustrating actually, there is no definite answer from BRAVE team of what might seem to be the problem.

hey i am have this same thing going on with me and i message uphold alot think it was them on their end and idk what to do i need this fix asap plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Try clearing history/cache, exiting the browser, and opening back up. This works for some users. Also, make sure you are in a supported country/region for both Brave and Gemini. Supported countries have been changing in the last few months. Just verify that you are still in a supported country.
