I have this video error in some
it is not with all youtube videos
If I disable hardware acceleration, the problem disappears
Will I have to install something additional to correct the error?

GPU performance will depend on drivers being used, which GPU are you using in Linux?

What is the performance like in Chrome vs Brave? Integrated Graphics may struggle with some video playback (which is why offloading the GPU usage to the CPU may help). Does limiting playback to 720p does it help?
I tried it recently in firefox and it works without error

What are those RGB lines in the Chrome screenshot?
it is the same error i have in brave browser
something else that maybe could be useful
just install chrome browser and the video works fine, without the lines
