Translate Page extension not work always

Description of the issue:
Brave suggest to install Google Translate Extension to replace the inbuit Chrome translate option but that extension seems don’t work on some website (translate full page).

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Open site like https://community.brave.com/
  2. Click on Google Translate extension icon
  3. Click Translate this page

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Page not translated, nothing happened

Expected result:
Page is translated and the text replaced as happens in HTTP sites and some others HTTPS site

Reproduces how often:
I think always

Windows 10
Brave 1.11.97 Chromium: 84.0.4147.89 (64 bit)
