Hi, I appreciate the directions, but this doesn’t resolve the issue. Do you know if there’s anything else I can do? This thread directed someone on how to do it on MacOS, but both of my laptops are Windows, so if there is a similar process but using a different file name that you are aware of, that would be much appreciated.
