**Description of the issue:**brave sync issue in 2 computer

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. first i open sync page on brave in my old computer and start new sync chain then i write the 25 word on my other compuyer and click confirm but nothing happen

**Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):**my bookmarks from old pc did not synce to new one also my new computers name did not show on synce chain

Thank you for reaching out and for detailed report. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Brave. Could you kindly try toDisable Sync (Clear Data) and then you establish new sync chain.

Please try the following steps, if you’re on Desktop:

  1. Go to brave://sync-internals
  2. Click on `Disable Sync (Clear Data)
  3. Close Brave.
  4. Set up Sync again (they didn’t specify whether could link to prior sync or if create a new one)

Additionally, please make sure of the last 25th word. Let me know if that works and have a nice day!
