Brave support has refunded me the 20 BAT. I still don’t know if now I can safely use tips on iOS or if I should wait for an update.
Generaly I have the same issue with tips from Android. Two other people send me a tips for my site … a several days ago … still nothing on my pending account. 
Tip is working in iOS now, you can tip creators you like.
I have the same problem here. Send tips through the iOS app but the tips never made it. Unfortunately, I don’t have a screenshot because I sent it last month. Can you still help somehow?
Edit: I can copy the support info from the app. Would that help?
