No guarantee that the following will resolve the issue, but try these steps . . .

In a Brave Browser New Window, go to:

brave://settings/content/javascript

Scroll down that javascript settings page to Allowed to use javascript

Click the Add button

Enter [*.]ttwstatic.com as the site . . . but do not Enable the following:

  • Current Private session only

Click the Add button

Repeat those steps for:

  • [*.]tiktok.com

Clear cache, cookies, etc. (Advanced tab; for “all time”), then exit / quit BB.

Restart computer.

Test Brave Browser New Window vs New Private Window.

Test, by disabling extensions.

Thank you for this creating this browser - #2 by 289wk

Security

brave://settings/security

As a test:

Security > Advanced > DISABLE: User secure DNS

More testing

Please use the Guest Profile or create an additional Brave Browser Profile, for testing.

Menu → More tools → Open Guest profile
Menu → More tools → Add new profile

If your issue is resolved with either of those other Profiles, then the Profile that you have been using, may have one or more settings that contribute to the cause of your issue.

Websites no longer properly, requiring a refresh - #7 by Mattches

And you might try Brave Beta for testing:

@farrukh,
Not seeing any issues on my end, tested on Windows 10 and macOS. Can you please try clearing cache/browsing data for tiktok and then test again and see if the site loads properly?

Thanks for the detailed reply.
I already tested with the things you are mentioning, except for the javascript enabling for the sites.
As mentioned in my original post, the Tiktok is working fine in other browsers on the same machine. Only the Brave Browser was unable to access.

However, without enabling the javascript for the sites, somehow it started working, even after enabling my favorite extensions.

I will test it again in the morning, as the problem occurred at day time.

Although, it started working fine without doing any specific change, however it is still working fine and I used Allowed to use javascript part. So marking it as a solution.

I’m still watching if it behaves badly again

Thank you.
