This platform has not helped me at all I am lost and who can I ask this looks like gibberish

I have not received Bat tokens since August how can I fix this problem or its no use even using the browser might as well us regular Chrome.

This has been such a reoccurring issue, that it’s nearly unreal. Nearly over a month of messages between forum leaders for Brave’s team and myself.

I could sit here and complain, but I hope you get it soon.

Thank you and its not very user friendly I actually want to engage with this project but it seems like I am not the only one they are ignoring. I hope you get your needs taken care of too.

Hi @jtutso2 thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

@AsAboveSoBelow as mentioned in our DM, we have a fix for your issue on the way. We are also investigating the logs that you sent yesterday. Thanks.
