Just opt out of Brave ads and forget it (as I do).
It’s still a browser with great built in ad blocking.
Just verify uphold or Gemini. And this will not happen.
I feel the same way. I feel like we should all do something legally about this.

The browser itself works perfectly, at least for me.
Brave Rewards are just a bonus. I still don’t get the entire BAT wired to my Uphold, which I hope will be solved soon.

Good luck on that. Based on other threads here, people have been struggling to get their full payouts for many many months.

Choice 1 – Lots of annoying ad, get paid nothing. Can be mitigated by add ons.
Choice 2 (Brave) – Most annoying ads gone. Get micro payment for viewing other ads. Or not.

I guess openly screwing your users over your main feature is something you should expect from an ethical company such as Brave.

Hmm. I never had any issues with the rewards. Most of the time I get a higher amount credited to my uphold than brave estimate in rewards.
Only thing I had an issue with was the device limit that got temporarily solved by support. And a feature to self manage devices is on the way.
It’s 2021, there’s adblocking in every single browser.

At least you received something, i received nothing since september. Sinceraly i’m guessing in go back to chrome and install an adblock in there.
