Considering uninstalling Brave

I haven’t received my rewards for last month, and December as well now that I remember. YES, I have ads enabled, But sadly still not ads since December, Yes I have the browser updated. Yes, my uphold account is connected to my browser rewards. So what’s the deal here Brave’s development team? Are you guys behind on things? I am no way trying to be rude. I am just considering uninstalling Brave, since I am having this issues.


Same here. I stopped receiving ads/rewards since January 12, 2022. They never sent any notification as to why I stopped receiving ads/rewards unexpectedly. I have been using this browser for 5 years, and this is something that ticked me to the point of considering uninstalling it. I messaged an admin and there is still no response from them to assist me.

Same issue. For the past few months, I would go many days to weeks without receiving ads. When I receive ads occasionally, the BATs earned doesn’t increase.

I have similar issue. I migrated from my old SSD to a new one about a month ago and since then I have never seen another AD again. Just the New Tab background Ads, they dont pay anything. My balance is at 0.000 BAT - 0 Ads seen in last 30 days.

I’m not considering uninstalling it as of now, but what I’m not happy about is the lack of Support from Brave stuff.

When i was searching for Brave Support contact, i was told to go to this Forum and explain my issue here.

Imo, a company such as Brave should have its own Support Ticket system for such stuff. I feel bad for Brave Support Staff who have to go through hundreds of messages on daily basis on here.

  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
