The top bar being bigger after the update

Description of the issue: UI Scale is bigger than it used to be.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Download the recent update of the browser.
  2. Open the browser.
  3. You’ll the top bar is bigger than it used to be.

Expected result:

You can see the difference by looking at the Other Bookmarks text, it is normal but the top bar is too big.
