Yeah I did that a couple a days ago. But no answer. I had like 3 issues and reached for support everytime but not even once I got a support on my matter. So…this is wrong

Please note that this is relevant for all users who have Brave Rewards wallets verified with Uphold, whether in the EU, US or other regions.
If your wallet is verified with Uphold and you have not yet received your January payout please read this post.
One potential cause for your payment not being deposited into your Uphold account is due to not completing Uphold’s CDD (Customer Due Diligence) questions. These questions are required in order to receive funds in your Uphold account.
