Hi, I am a user from Latin America, I have seen the message about the payment problems for the month of January to Uphold wallets. In my case, I have my Uphold account verified and I did not receive the famous CDD (Customer Due Diligence). Now I am afraid of losing last month’s rewards.
Yeah I did that a couple a days ago. But no answer. I had like 3 issues and reached for support everytime but not even once I got a support on my matter. So…this is wrong
