How can this issue be reproduced?

1.I used brave browser long time.
suddenly, brave browser on fullscreen isn’t remove taskbar. other browsers ok. only brave does.
2.I tried reboot and shutdown explorer, not disappear.
3.I pressed f11 button, still taskbar remain
what’s wrong?

I have observed the exact opposite of this. A site is shown on my home page and I can’t get rid of it. When I click the x in the corner it disappears but when I either refresh the page or go to another site and come back, it’s still there. I have cleared almost everything from the browser cache, still there.

same here. the taskbar is always stays on fullscreen
