Toolbar Disappears When Switching Sites

On my home page the toolbar appears normally, regardless whether in fullscreen or not. As soon as I switch via a link (or clicking a toolbar icon) to a new page on a new tab, the toolbar disappears. It does not matter whether in fullscreen or not. If I open a new tab or go back to the home page by clicking the homepage icon, the toolbar appears.
This just started happening yesterday. I haven’t made any changes in the last few days, so I don’t know what happened nor what to get things back to normal.

WIndows 10 Pro, latest patches. Brave version 1.37.111.

Hi

A screenshot is welcome.

Ummm, it’s just a browser window with no toolbar. How do I attach an image?

Hi

To upload image, click on the icon with shows an arrow pointing upwards.

You mean the bookmarks or the extensions?

Maybe I have a workaround for this:

  1. Open your Brave homepage.
  2. Right-click on your toolbar.
  3. Find “Show Bookmarks Bar”.
  4. Tick the “Show Bookmarks Bar”

or

On other tab (other than homepage), simply press:

Ctrl + Shift + B

That did it! Even though my home page already had it, all the other pages now have it as well. Thanks for the tip!

No problem. Happy to help.
