Sync tabs (keep identical tabs open) across Brave Desktop & Android: possible or not?

Is there a way to achieve this? (to have same tabs open on my PC and my phone. So that no matter which device I use, I have the same set on both)

I don’t want to use Pushbullet to share 1 by 1 tab…

If its not possible, nor any extension exists to achieve it, then -

Is there a way to export tabs? And import (open them) again, on different devices (platforms) that use one mutual software - Brave browser?
