Description of the issue:
Sync between Brave on iMac and Brave on iOS devices stopped working months ago and still does not work. I am using the most current operating systems and Brave versions.
Some, random, bookmarks come across from the Mac and all folders. However every folder is empty.
I have tried removing devices from the chain and re-adding. This just generates equally bad though randomly different lists of bookmarks.
This used to work. What happened?
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Just add an iOS to the sync chain and then examine the bookmarks.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Random bookmarks copied, many folders but no folder content.
Expected result:
Identical sets of bookmarks on all sync’d devices.
Reproduces how often:
Every time.
