Description of the issue:
Settings in sync is completely broken. Click anything (everything or custom) and refresh the page nothing is saved. Nothing is shown selected. And nothing syncs.

Brave-sync:
Click everything or custom and choose some things to sync, now if you just refresh the page it shows I did no change. Everything is shown as not selected.
Reproduces how often:
Everyday.

It seems to be caused by OS restoration and created some conflicts. Reinstalling brave from fresh and sync again solved it.
