Sync can't start

Description of the issue:
I have two machines running Windows 10, when i try to confirm the sync code on the second machine. it simple doesn’t do anything.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
1- start a new chain on machine 1;
2- click on I have a Sync Code;
3- paste the code and click on Confirm Sync code

have tried on these two machines at least 5 diferent times, and with my telephone which is an android 8.1 with brave.

Version 0.62.51 Chromium: 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) on both machines
