I use 2 profiles in BRAVE. One for private use and one for business.
I use different sets of bookmarks.
When I initiated the sync, teh bookmarks got merged together. The second bookmark collection was put right behind the first one. bummer.
Good that I had a backup
I am Windows 10. May I ask you how you create your backup?
Are you merely saving the file and adding the file when you must re-install?
When I add my backup to bookmarks via file, all it does it but a janky file icon up. It doesn’t populate/distribute my bookmarks across the bar. I do not enjoy this.
